Firstly, thank you to all of the new subscribers! I’m chuffed to bits that you’ve chosen my musings as something to fill some of your time - I hope these posts give you a moment of peace in a busy day, whatever that looks like.
This style of post might not be every week, but I do often screenshot nice things I see online - and they don’t go anywhere! So let’s change that.
@sara_yaben - I love Sara’s minimal style and her ability to tie a sweater around the neck without it looking strange! Her delightful bag is by ADAX, and unlike Dragon Diffusion bags has a zip closure!
@pienwekking - known more for her food account, but I just loved this blazer and the neckline is really different and flattering. I think it might be this one.
@michawissen - huge fan of Micha’s photography as well as her style. Her travel shots and trips to the Swedish countryside have put the country firmly on my bucket list. I loved this shirt, the fabric looks so comfortable and relaxed - my two musts in a shirt. Accordingly to Google Image search, it’s from Uniqlo but they’re only doing it as usual stripes for this season.
- posted this image of crêpes, and now it’s all I want. Pancake Day is my favourite day of the year, I’ve organised with my friends to celebrate this holy (no religious reference intended) day for the last 13 years and I have no plans on stopping. I love them, so why do I not eat them more often? It’s Sunday morning breakfast sorted.
@olympiamarie is Creative Director of J.Crew and I love just her style, and her hair is so. nice. I love this full navy look - so chic.
Surfers and cricketers are onto something - non-chemical sunscreens. However, I don’t want to look like I’m fielding on holiday, so I’m very pleased that brands are starting to come up with clear versions. I recently picked up this, because my friend was lathering it on her baby and he didn’t mind, but this one from @harrietstewart also looks great here (I too am a sucker for good branding).
@sofiamoserleitao is a Portuguese ceramicist and model - what a beautiful combination?! I came for the pottery and I stayed for the clothes. I love her style - based in Paris, she’s got the perfect blend of Parisian chic with Lisbon flavour. J’adore. Often a poster girl for Sezane, I love how’s she has styled their blouse.
@kimturkington_ - my go-to for styling and her equal obsession of denim. I screenshot this because I love the details - the thick neck of the white t-shirt and the matching white trousers (more on that in my post coming on Sunday!), plus the colour of the season buttermilk yellow jumper tied effortlessly around the waist. This might be it from Whistles.
And that’s all for now, thank you so much for reading. Have a great weekend!
